Le forum, organis\u00e9 par la <strong>Conf\u00e9rence des CHU du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>, avait comme objectifs de promouvoir le secteur de la sant\u00e9 et de trouver de nouvelles pistes afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les soins et les services fournis \u00e0 la population en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Tro\u00efka<\/h2>\n<p>La Tro\u00efka, form\u00e9e d\u2019Yves Lachapelle, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du <strong>CSSS des Sommets<\/strong>, Philippe de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien II, cr\u00e9ateur de la Fondation de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien et Alain Rondeau, directeur associ\u00e9 de P\u00f4le sant\u00e9 du HEC Montr\u00e9al, a uni ses forces pour expliquer comment elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le concept de r\u00e9pondant social en travaillant \u00e0 la restructuration du CSSS des sommets. \u00ab <em>Un bon r\u00e9pondant social avise, guide et alerte sans avoir d\u2019autorit\u00e9\u2026 sans remettre le bl\u00e2me sur les autres et sans donner de critiques <\/em>\u00bb, explique Philippe de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien II.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9pondant social<\/h2>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le d\u2019intervention de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9pondant social\u201d comporte plusieurs innovations, dont l\u2019implication de trois parties, le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, le donateur et l\u2019accompagnateur qui abrite les \u00e9changes. Ce mod\u00e8le, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la Fondation de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien, part du principe que cette derni\u00e8re fait plus que d\u2019investir du capital : elle accepte de jouer un r\u00f4le d\u2019intervenant afin de soutenir des projets d\u2019envergure qui am\u00e9liorent concr\u00e8tement le syst\u00e8me et la vie quotidienne de la communaut\u00e9 concern\u00e9e.
