C\u2019est pourquoi le concept <strong>Hacking Health <\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Du 21 au 23 f\u00e9vrier<\/strong> prochains aura lieu un \u00e9v\u00e9nement unique : le <strong>Hacking Health du CHU Sainte-Justine<\/strong>. R\u00e9unissant des professionnels du domaine de la sant\u00e9 avec des programmeurs, des d\u00e9veloppeurs, des designers et des sp\u00e9cialistes en mise en march\u00e9, le Hacking Health a comme objectif de faire \u00e9merger de nouvelles <strong>applications <\/strong>pour r\u00e9soudre diverses probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es au<strong> domaine de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFaisant tomber les barri\u00e8res, cette fin de semaine permettra aux travailleurs de l\u2019h\u00f4pital d\u2019exposer leurs probl\u00e8mes quotidiens directement aux \u00e9quipes de programmation et de design.<strong> L\u2019objectif ultime : permettre aux personnes sur le terrain d\u2019entrer en contact en abolissant la distance hi\u00e9rarchique entre elles pour trouver des solutions rapides aux probl\u00e9matiques r\u00e9currentes. <\/strong><br \/>\n\u00ab On s\u2019est dit qu\u2019en r\u00e9unissant les gens qui savent comment fabriquer des applications et ceux qui connaissent les besoins du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, on allait contribuer \u00e0 lancer des projets \u00bb, explique Jeeshan Chowdhury, m\u00e9decin r\u00e9sident et cofondateur de Hacking Health.<br \/>\nS\u00e9duite par l\u2019id\u00e9e de faire \u00e9merger l\u2019innovation par la base et non par le haut, la <strong>Fondation de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir cette s\u00e9ance de Hacking Health \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Sainte-Justine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab Nous croyons que les gens \u00e0 la base sont les mieux plac\u00e9s pour nous faire part des probl\u00e9matiques \u00bb, dit Dominique Monchamp, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Fondation.<\/h3>\n<p>Lors de cette fin de semaine, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la Fondation de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien sera pr\u00e9sente et un membre de la famille agira comme juge lors de la s\u00e9lection des projets prometteurs. Cette nouvelle approche, bas\u00e9e sur la <strong>philanthropie entrepreneuriale<\/strong>, a comme objectif de faire \u00e9merger des solutions innovantes au service des communaut\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\u00ab <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Notre rencontre avec Luc Sirois, cofondateur de Hacking Health et organisateur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice. Nous songeons s\u00e9rieusement \u00e0 utiliser cette approche au service des causes sociales que nous soutenons \u00e0 la Fondation, notamment celles concernant l\u2019eau et les familles en affaires <\/span>\u00bb, conclut Mme Monchamp.<br \/>\nBien que ce soit le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement du genre prenant place \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Sainte-Justine, de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements Hacking Health ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu lieu ailleurs dans le monde. Parmi les technologies qui y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, mentionnons les syst\u00e8mes de rendez-vous en ligne pour des cliniques et une application destin\u00e9e aux patients op\u00e9r\u00e9s pour la prostate.
